I'm Yahli Rashi, a Strategic Growth Partner and Integrator. I work at the intersection of marketing strategy, systems design, and operations — bridging the gap between a founder's vision and what actually gets built and executed.

My background spans community building (scaled to 20K+ members), course and funnel development, brand strategy, team optimization, and growth for service-based businesses. I've worked as a Fractional CMO and Integrator across coaching, legal, and education companies, and most recently as editorial lead on Tony Robbins' newsletter, The Edge, where I built the content strategy and engagement infrastructure from the ground up.

AI is central to how I work. I use it to build smarter systems, automate reporting and follow-up, score and prioritize leads, and move faster without adding headcount. It's how I think and how I build — not a feature I bolt on.
